Back from the gym for the second time today. I did 20 more minutes on the elliptical and another set of my weight training. Go me!

I decided to make this journal to keep track of my progress and set backs, hopefully there will be no set backs though.
I chose the name happyjamie because I want to be happier with myself and be more confident. I'm doing it so I will stop hating myself when I go shopping and actually buy things that aren't just tops and shoes. I also chose it because I couldn't think of anything better!
My stats:
Age - 22 Height - 5'7
Lowest Weight - 115 Highest Weight - 179
Current Weight - 154 Long term goal - 120
